Mastering Lightroom for Wildlife Photographers

This workshop is completely unlike any you will find elsewhere. For starters, this Lightroom workshop is geared specifically to wildlife photography. This in an of itself is unique in that the needs of wildlife photographers, the way we approach editing our images, the conditions that we often photograph in, and our goals are very different from that of landscape or wedding photographers. From the nuances of working with the fur of mammals to the reflective nature of feathers, wildlife photography demands a unique approach when it comes to post-processing.

Far from being yet another long-winded tutorial about the different functions of Lightroom, this workshop is designed conceptually to teach you workflow instead of features.

This workshop is divided into sections such as Making Your Subject Pop, Mastering Color, and Sharpening for End Use, to name just a few, because this is how working professionals approach their photographs. We don’t use mathematical like formulas, presets, or standard methods for bringing raw images to life. Instead, the most efficient way to edit photographs is to take a 10,000 foot view of our images and work to achieve very specific goals with each photograph.

This approach saves us hundreds of hours behind the computer, allowing us to work through thousands of photographs in short order to ready for magazine editors or for large format printing to be sold as fine art.

And this workshop will teach you exactly what we are looking to accomplish with our photographs and most importantly, how to achieve those results.

This workshop isn’t about taking shortcuts or teaching our top 10 tips. This workshop is designed to teach you how we look at, think about, and execute editing images in Lightroom. And it’s all done from the comfort of your own home via nightly Zoom sessions.

If you are ready to finally master the use of Lightroom and bring your photographs to their full potential, then you do not want to miss this opportunity.
